Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 16, 2026 | Effective Date: August 16, 2026
1. Overview & Commitment to Zero Retention
Core-AI ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") provides web utilities, analytical financial modeling tools, and serverless AI proof-of-concept workflows. We are fundamentally committed to privacy-first engineering: our zero-compute browser tools execute calculations strictly inside your client browser memory, and our serverless GPU architectures operate under strict ephemeral zero-retention policies.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Unlike conventional web applications, Core-AI does not require user registration or account creation for zero-compute utilities. Specifically:
- We do not store your salary, tax inputs, or financial figures entered into calculators.
- We do not retain images, documents, or audio files uploaded to client-side converters or ephemeral GPU demonstration pipelines.
- We do not sell, rent, or monetize your private user input data.
3. Cookies, Log Files & Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use standard automated technologies to maintain site stability, analyze aggregate non-personal traffic patterns, and display contextual advertising.
A. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookies
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on Core-AI. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Third-party vendors and ad networks, including Google, serve ads on our site.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
B. Server Log Data
Like most web hosts, our servers automatically record standard technical log entries (IP addresses, browser user-agents, referring pages, timestamps) solely for DDoS defense, routing optimization, and infrastructure security.
4. State Privacy Rights (Virginia VCDPA & California CCPA/CPRA)
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), residents have specific rights regarding their personal data:
- Right to Know / Access: You may request disclosure of any personal data collected.
- Right to Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Targeted Advertising: Core-AI does not sell personal data. You may manage ad tracking via the browser cookie controls outlined above.
- Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising your statutory privacy rights.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Core-AI is designed for general audiences and professional developers. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
6. Security Measures
All client communications with Core-AI are strictly encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Serverless GPU batch executions are isolated inside gVisor virtualization sandboxes with automatic zero-retention memory flushes.
